Diagnostic Evaluations provide an in-depth analysis of speech and language disorders. Formal (e.g. standardized assessments) and informal (e.g. observations, rating scales etc.) testing is administered to determine each client's strengths and weaknesses. The results from these assessments in conjunction with child, parent, and teacher concerns are used to create an appropriate treatment plan.
Therapy programs are individualized to meet the needs of each client. Clients' goals are continuously adjusted and reevaluated to ensure optimal growth and progress. Parents and family members are highly encouraged to participate in therapy, as parental/family involvement is critical to a client's progress and transfer of skills.
